Our approach is to test, learn and trial some of the more agile pieces. If they’re good, we then flip them. Our work has already delivered first-of-a-kind initiatives like ShopLive and RepairLive.

We’re a team of about 45 colleagues, working across functions, not only in Tech and Transformation but also with the Finance, Community, Business and People teams. We partner with other parts of the business, such as Commercial teams who look after merchandising, making sure we offer the right products to customers. And we ensure projects land correctly by making sure the right people are engaged and trained.

We’ll give you everything you need to thrive here, from on-the-job learning and access to Udemy – our online learning platform with thousands of programmes – to support through our Tech, Data and Transformation mentoring scheme. We’ll also work with you to fully understand your long-term career goals and make sure we’re providing the kind of support you need to achieve them, including funding additional professional training where appropriate.
