Our approach is to test, learn and trial some of the more agile pieces. If they’re good, we then flip them. We basically do all of the trials and deliver all of the proof of concepts, first-of-a-kind initiatives like ShopLive and RepairLive.

We’re a team of about 45 colleagues, working across functions, not only in tech and transformation but also with the finance, community, business and people teams. We partner with other parts of the business, such as commercial teams who look after merchandising, making sure we offer the right products to customers. And we ensure projects land correctly by making sure the right people are engaged and trained.
