Working as one team, we learn and grow together, celebrating the big and small moments that make every day amazing.
Join our next Apprentice Technician cohort and launch your career at Europe’s largest Repair Centre. Delivered in partnership with Lincoln College, you'll split your time between their Newark campus and Repair Centre, also based in Newark. This two-year programme combines hands-on practical experience with classroom learning, leading to a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Electrical, Electronic Product Service and Installation Engineering.
Through a combination of hands-on experience and structured learning, you'll develop the skills to diagnose and repair faults, install and test electronic products, service equipment, safely handle and transport electrical goods, and deliver excellent customer service. Your primary focus will be laptop diagnostics and repair, giving you a strong foundation in technical troubleshooting and product servicing.
As your knowledge grows, you'll also have opportunities to gain exposure to a wide range of technology across the Repair Centre, including TVs, gaming consoles, tablets, mobile phones, and small domestic appliances. If you're a logical thinker, natural problem solver, and motivated learner with a passion for technology, you'll thrive in this programme.
