At Currys we’re united by one passion: to help everyone enjoy amazing technology. As the UK’s best-known retailer of tech, we’re proud of the service our customers receive – and it’s all down to our team of 25,000 caring and committed colleagues. Working as one team, we learn and grow together, celebrating the big and small moments that make every day amazing.

As the National Delivery Partner Compliance & Company Car Scheme Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring two key areas of our operation run effectively, compliantly and efficiently. You'll lead the governance and compliance of our Delivery Partner network, helping the independent businesses that deliver and install our products on behalf of Currys operate in line with our contractual requirements, policies and legal obligations.

You'll also take ownership of our Company Car scheme, managing our lease provider relationship and ensuring colleagues receive a high-quality service. Combining compliance, governance and stakeholder management, you'll help protect the business, support our people and drive operational excellence across both programmes.

If you enjoy getting out into the business and building relationships face-to-face, this role offers regular travel across the UK, working directly with Delivery Partners and key stakeholders to drive compliance and continuous improvement.

Role overview:

  • Managing and reviewing Delivery Partner contractual arrangements, including vehicle lease agreements and IR35 compliance checks, ensuring appropriate controls are in place.
  • Acting as the custodian of Delivery Partner policies, contracts and operating procedures, conducting regular reviews and updates with key stakeholders to ensure ongoing effectiveness and compliance.
  • Monitoring and managing GDPR, Modern Slavery and other regulatory compliance requirements, proactively identifying and mitigating risks across the Delivery Partner model.
  • Overseeing the Company Car Scheme, ensuring it is administered in accordance with company policy, legal requirements and agreed service levels, while delivering an excellent experience for colleagues.
  • Producing and analysing reporting on vehicle utilisation, mileage claims, supplier performance, scheme costs, budgets, KPIs and SLAs, providing insights and recommendations to support effective decision-making and cost control.

You will need:

  • Strong understanding of third-party service provider operations, performance measures and KPIs, with the ability to assess compliance, identify risks and drive continuous improvement through effective auditing and governance.
  • Sound knowledge of service contracts, supplier agreements and associated legal and contractual obligations.
  • Proven ability to interpret regulations, policies and compliance requirements, ensuring consistent application and compliance across a business or partner network.

  • Highly organised with strong planning, prioritisation and coordination skills, capable of managing multiple workstreams and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge constructively, drive compliance and secure commitment to required actions and business objectives.
