Think you need to know tech? Think again. You bring the people skills. We’ll bring the training and tech knowledge you need. We’ll teach you about the products, what questions to ask. And how to help customers choose the perfect gifts.

Peak induction.
Before you hit the shop floor, you’ll get a two-day virtual induction designed to get you ‘Peak-ready’. You’ll learn all about how a great customer experience works, get to know the tech you’ll be talking about, and build the knowledge and confidence you’ll need to start helping customers. So when you step into store, you’ll already have a head start.

From learning the tech to learning the ropes, you’ll be backed from day one, gain skills in sales, service and teamwork, and develop confidence that goes way beyond Retail.

"I first joined Currys as a peak temp in 2004 and did the job alongside working in a school as a Teaching Assistant. I continued this whilst my children were young, until 2020 when I applied for a People Team Leader role. In 2020, I supported the contact centre in lockdown, and then became a Sales Manager on returning to store. I can’t imagine working anywhere else that would have been so accommodating at the various stages of my life."
