At Currys we’re united by one passion: to help everyone enjoy amazing technology. As the UK’s best-known retailer of tech, we’re proud of the service our customers receive – and it’s all down to our team of 25,000 caring and committed colleagues. Working as one team, we learn and grow together, celebrating the big and small moments that make every day amazing.

We’re looking for a Senior Outsourced Operations Manager to lead the contract lifecycle for our third-party Delivery Partners, who play a critical role in delivering and installing larger products for our customers, ensuring exceptional service and value for money across our home delivery network. Working closely with Operations, Compliance and Finance, you’ll shape and manage key partnership contracts, drive cost and service improvements, and support bespoke agreements across the UK and Ireland. Using strong stakeholder relationships and a deep understanding of contract performance, you’ll centralise reporting and deliver data-driven insights that strengthen partnerships at every level.

Role overview:

As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining a centralised reporting framework, providing regular insights on key performance metrics to support effective partnership and contract management at an operational level.
  • Supporting the setup, implementation and ongoing management of both existing and new third-party contracts across the network.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to improve service delivery, reduce costs and enhance the colleague experience through continuous review and optimisation of contractual terms.
  • Maintaining robust governance processes, ensuring all logs, records and documentation are accurate, up to date, and reflective of future requirements.
  • Collaborating closely with Workforce Management and Operations teams to optimise the balance between insourced and outsourced colleagues.
  • Providing tailored data analysis and reporting to support senior stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making where required.
  • Contributing to both the operational and strategic direction of Outsource Operations, including Carrier Network and Warehouse activities.
  • Identifying potential risks that may impact business continuity or reputation, and deliver clear, timely recommendations to mitigate them effectively.

You will need:

  • Proven experience managing third-party contracts within a large-scale supply chain, logistics, or services environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders up to Director level, both internally and externally.
  • Strong understanding of contract management principles, with a track record of collaborating across multiple functions to deliver business objectives.
  • Highly effective negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to operate independently without direct reports.
  • Sound decision-making capability, able to balance priorities and consider impacts across multiple business areas.
  • Strong organisational skills with a structured, detail-oriented approach and high levels of accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with confidence in analysing data and presenting insights clearly.

It would be great if you had:

  • Professional qualification in Contract Management (or equivalent),
  • CIPS Level 3 qualification or above or working towards.
