Working as one team, we learn and grow together, celebrating the big and small moments that make every day amazing.

Newark-on-Trent in Nottinghamshire sits at the heart of our UK supply chain operations, and as we continue to grow our omnichannel model, we’re expanding into an additional 400,000 sq. ft facility. You’ll provide expert Health & Safety advice and guidance throughout the transition and preparation phases, promoting best practice, ensuring compliance with legislation and company standards, and helping to create a safe, healthy environment for all colleagues and visitors. Working collaboratively across teams, you’ll build strong relationships, challenge constructively where needed, and minimise risk to both individuals and the wider business.

This is a hybrid role, with an expectation to be on-site in Newark 2–3 days per week, alongside flexibility to attend additional days as required for meetings and business needs.
