This plays a key part in enabling that growth, leading the delivery of complex B2B technology change that supports expansion, improves operational efficiency, and strengthens our end‑to‑end customer experience.
As a Lead Delivery Manager in Technology, you will be responsible for delivering high-value, complex initiatives across all areas of technology. You will also work in a collaborative way with multiple third parties and matrix teams, and foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.
We are seeking someone with strong technology delivery experience within a B2B environment to partner closely with our B2B Commercial, Operations and Transformation teams, delivering a prioritised portfolio of continuous improvement initiatives and project work.
The ideal candidate will have experience delivering B2B technology and platform initiatives, particularly those involving customer‑facing tools, integrations, and service enablement, alongside a solid understanding of B2B operational processes such as order management, fulfilment, and account management.

- Coordinate and collaborate with the delivery teams, third parties, and other delivery managers, and ensure that the dependencies, interdependencies, and integration points are identified and managed.
- Provide regular and transparent reporting and status updates to the senior management and governance boards and escalate any issues or risks that need their attention or intervention.
- Drive the adoption of agile and lean methodologies, tools, and techniques, and foster a culture of innovation, learning, and continuous improvement within the delivery teams and the wider technology function.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate the delivery teams, and ensure that they have the skills, capabilities, and support they need to deliver successfully.

- Hands‑on experience working across modern enterprise technology landscapes, applying industry trends and best practice to shape pragmatic delivery decisions.
- Excellent experience managing and influencing senior stakeholders, including negotiating scope, priorities, funding, and delivery trade‑offs at all organisational levels.
- Strong experience leading and managing delivery teams, creating strong engagement, accountability, and sustained delivery performance.
- Experience owning integrated delivery plans, including prioritisation, dependency management, issue resolution, and complex problem solving across multiple workstreams.
