You'll join our Employee Relations team as a brand new role with real opportunity to shape how we build manager capability and unlock ER data insights across Currys. Reporting to the Senior ER Capability, Insight & Solutions Manager, you'll work with people managers across the business - from stores to head office, designing learning that meets their needs. You'll partner with the senior ER team, People Business Partners, Learning colleagues, external providers and our People Analytics team to spot trends, deliver our capability programme and create accessible reporting that helps the business handle people matters with confidence.

Role overview:

As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Design and build a tiered ER capability framework with targeted learning for managers at all levels
  • Develop diverse learning resources including e-learning, interactive guides, webcasts and podcasts
  • Deliver virtual and in-person ER skills sessions for manager groups requiring targeted support
  • Manage external learning provider relationships to ensure quality and value
  • Maintain the manager-facing ER Hub as a fresh, accessible and impactful resource
  • Monitor programme effectiveness through participation rates and case volume impact
  • Generate actionable ER insights from data tools to support early risk identification
  • Automate ER reporting and dashboards to make data accessible across the business

 

You will need:

  • Hands-on experience designing or delivering manager learning in an HR or ER setting
  • Working knowledge of UK employment law and ER best practice
  • Ability to translate complex topics into accessible, engaging learning content
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, comfortable delivering virtually and in person
  • Confidence working with data tools and reporting to communicate insights to non-technical audiences
  • Organised and detail-oriented approach to managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Creative thinking and curiosity about new tools, including AI applications
  • A collaborative, strategic mindset that shapes ER capability and ways of working
  • Based in or able to travel to our London Waterloo Campus on a hybrid basis
  • Willing to travel occasionally to other business locations to deliver training
