Join Currys and help bring the biggest names in gaming to life. As an Assistant Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the planning and delivery of exciting product launches, supplier-funded campaigns, and multi-channel marketing activity across our Gaming category.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, suppliers, and brand partners, you'll help coordinate campaigns across digital and physical channels, identify new marketing opportunities, and ensure our customers enjoy engaging and seamless experiences.

Role overview:
As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Coordinating the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns, product launches, and business initiatives.
- Working with cross-functional teams to execute impactful multi-channel marketing activity.
- Aligning campaign plans with commercial objectives and customer growth opportunities.
- Maintaining campaign briefs, timelines, workflows, and delivery updates.
- Driving continuous improvements to campaign planning processes and ways of working.
- Developing supplier-funded marketing proposals to unlock additional investment.
- Managing campaign administration and performance reporting.
You will need:
- Experience supporting the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns or commercial projects within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to build effective relationships across teams and with external partners.
- Commercial awareness, with the ability to understand business objectives and support campaigns that drive customer engagement and sales performance.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data, track campaign performance, and manage campaign plans accurately.
- To be customer-focused, with an understanding of how marketing activity drives engagement and customer experience.
