Role overview:
As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading colleague innovation initiatives aligned to business priorities, with accountability for moving ideas from concept through to delivered change.

Managing ideas end‑to‑end, from submission through workshop facilitation, evaluation, prioritisation and progression into delivery.
- Facilitating workshops and working sessions to shape ideas, test assumptions and define viable solutions.

Working closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to assess viability, remove barriers and drive implementation.

Supporting the development of clear business cases, value propositions and delivery pathways.

Tracking and reporting on progress, outcomes and realised benefits, not just engagement.

Championing a culture of innovation, ownership and continuous improvement, ensuring colleague ideas lead to meaningful change.
You will need:
- Proven experience leading innovation, continuous improvement, or idea management programmes within a complex organisation.
- Experience taking ideas from concept through to implementation, with a strong focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Ability to evaluate, prioritise and shape ideas into viable, scalable solutions aligned to business strategy.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing and aligning cross-functional teams at all levels.

Skilled facilitator with experience leading workshops, ideation sessions and problem-solving forums.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable plans.

A structured, organised approach, balancing creativity with delivery and follow‑through.
