Based in the company’s London headquarters, the Senior UX Manager will play a key role in driving a customer first approach, meeting our customer and commercial expectations. You will play a pivotal role in crafting user-centred design solutions that drive customer satisfaction and engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to create intuitive, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing digital experiences. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that our products meet user needs and align with our business goals.

 

Role overview:

  • Conduct comprehensive user research to understand the target audience, their needs, and behaviors through methods such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
  • Develop information hierarchies, sitemaps, and content structures to ensure that information is organized and easily accessible to users.
  • Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and test the layout and functionality of digital interfaces.
  • Plan and conduct usability tests to gather feedback from users and make data-driven design improvements.
  • Design user flows and navigation paths to ensure a seamless and logical user journey within digital products or websites.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, product managers, and stakeholders, to align UX goals with project objectives.
  • Analyze user testing results and feedback to make informed design decisions and iterate on designs accordingly.
  • Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders and team members, explaining the rationale behind design choices.
  • Research and analyze competitors' products and user experiences to identify strengths and weaknesses.
  • Advocate for the needs and preferences of users within the organization, promoting a user-centered design approach.

 

Skills & Experience Recquired: 

  • Proven experience as a UX architect or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing UX projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch or Figma.
  • Knowledge of usability testing methodologies and tools such as UserZoom.
  • Familiarity with web and mobile development technologies and constraints.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard guidelines and best practices

 

Qualifications: 

  • Whilst a degree in UX, Human Computer Interaction, Product Design or similar is a plus, we value your experience and drive more than your education.
