As a Commercial Executive within the iD Mobile Commercial Team, you’ll play a central role in supporting business performance and commercial decision-making. Working at the heart of the organisation, you’ll collaborate across multiple functions and support the management of our network partner, VodafoneThree.

Role overview:

 

As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:

 

  • Supporting the day-to-day management of the VodafoneThree commercial relationship, including meeting preparation, tracking actions, and ensuring delivery of key outputs.
  • Producing regular and ad hoc commercial reporting to monitor business performance and track key KPIs.
  • Analysing data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Preparing presentations and summaries to support internal decision-making and partner discussions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Finance, Marketing, Customer, Trading, and Operations to deliver commercial priorities.
  • Maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail across all reporting and analysis.
  • Providing flexible support across wider commercial projects and initiatives as required.

 

 

 

You will need:

 

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with advanced Excel capability.
  • Experience using data and reporting tools such as Power BI, Omni, Databricks, or similar (SQL knowledge desirable).
  • Ability to translate data into meaningful insights and clear recommendations.
  • Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and organised approach.
  • Experience in telecoms or a subscription-based business is desirable but not essential.
  • Degree-level education (desirable).
