The Affiliate & Partnership Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and growing the company’s affiliate marketing program and strategic partnerships to drive revenue, customer acquisition, and brand reach. The role focuses on building strong relationships with affiliate partners, identifying new partnership opportunities, and optimising performance to deliver measurable commercial results.

 

Working closely with marketing, commercial, and digital teams, the Affiliate & Partnership Manager will ensure partnerships align with wider business objectives while maximising return on investment. The role requires a mix of relationship management, commercial negotiation, and performance analysis to scale partnerships effectively and sustainably.

 

Role overview:

Affiliate Program Management

  • Manage and optimise the affiliate marketing programme to drive revenue, traffic, and new customer acquisition
  • Recruit, onboard, and activate new affiliate partners including publishers, influencers, content sites, and cashback platforms.
  • Monitor affiliate performance and optimise campaigns to maximise ROI and programme growth.
  • Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and attribution of affiliate activity through affiliate platforms.

 

Partnership Development

  • Identify and secure new strategic partnerships that align with the brand and support commercial objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to maximise performance and long-term collaboration.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, commission structures, and promotional opportunities with partners.
  • Develop co-marketing opportunities and joint campaigns with partners.

 

Performance & Analysis

  • Analyse campaign performance, traffic quality, and revenue contribution from affiliate and partnership channels.
  • Produce regular performance reports and insights with recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify new opportunities.

 

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Plan and execute affiliate campaigns in line with promotional calendars, product launches, and seasonal activity.
  • Work with internal teams to create partner-ready content, offers, and promotional assets.
  • Ensure partners are kept informed of key campaigns, promotions, and brand updates.

 

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal marketing, digital, and commercial teams to align affiliate and partnership activity with broader marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with paid media, SEO, and CRM teams to ensure integrated campaign delivery.
  • Manage relationships with affiliate networks or technology providers where relevant.

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • +3 years experience managing affiliate marketing programs and partnership channels, ideally within an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
  • Experience working with major affiliate networks such as AWIN, Rakuten Advertising, CJ Affiliate, or Impact.com.
  • Demonstrable success in driving revenue and customer acquisition through affiliate partnerships.
  • Experience recruiting, onboarding, and managing a diverse portfolio of affiliate partners including publishers, influencers, content sites, and cashback partners.
  • Experience negotiating commercial terms, commission structures, and promotional placements with partners.
  • Strong experience analysing campaign performance and optimising activity based on data insights.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills with the ability to build long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities that drive incremental revenue and growth
  • Analytical mindset with strong skills in performance analysis, reporting, and optimisation
  • Strong organisation and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and partners simultaneously
