Grade 3
At Currys we’re united by one passion: to help everyone enjoy amazing technology. As the UK’s best-known retailer of tech, we’re proud of the service our customers receive – and it’s all down to our team of 25,000 caring and committed colleagues. Working as one team, we learn and grow together, celebrating the big and small moments that make every day amazing.
You'll be part of the AI & Monetisation team, sitting within Technology and Transformation and reporting to the AIM Operations Lead. We build AI products, run analytics, manage customer data, and grow partnerships that create real value for Currys. We're a curious, ambitious team that moves fast and loves finding smarter ways to get things done.
You'll work across all four AIM pillars — AI Products & Platforms, Analytics & AI Enablement, Customer Data & Orchestration, and Monetisation & Partnerships — keeping everyone connected and on track. You'll partner with pillar leads to gather updates and support planning cycles, making sure the right people have the right information when they need it. You'll also work with Finance and corporate teams to keep budgets visible and under control.
Role overview:
- Maintain and update the consolidated AIM roadmap, making sure it accurately reflects priorities, progress, and dependencies across all four pillars.
- Track delivery status across workstreams, keeping records current and flagging changes, risks, or blockers to the Operations Lead quickly.
- Support OKR tracking by collating updates from pillar leads, keeping dashboards up to date, and highlighting where metrics are drifting.
- Prepare materials for AIM Leadership Team sessions — agendas, pre-reads, action logs, and follow-up tracking — so every meeting has a clear record and every action has an owner.
- Keep the product and platform health view for AI Products & Platforms current, drawing on inputs from Engineering and Product Management.
- Own the team's operational documentation — process notes, decision logs, governance records — so knowledge is captured and easy to find.
- Identify opportunities to improve our business processes, and design value-adding changes to our ways of working
- Support budget and supplier tracking across AIM workstreams, working with corporate teams to keep spend visible and under control.
Skills & Experience Recquired:
- Sharp organisational skills and a natural instinct for structure — you find disorder uncomfortable and move quickly to sort it out.
- Analytical ability that's comfortable with budgets, data and trackers, presenting status clearly and honestly rather than optimistically.
- Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture — you know when precision matters and when good enough is enough.
- Confident communication skills, written and verbal, that get information from senior stakeholders without being deflected.
- The ability to juggle multiple activities and reprioritise quickly when things change.
- Familiarity with project or programme tracking tools like Jira or Confluence — beneficial but not essential.
- An interest in AI, data, or technology that makes you genuinely curious about what the team is building.
The Essentials:
- Experience supporting delivery or operations functions in a product, technology, or digital environment.
- Hands-on experience working with budgets, data trackers, and reporting tools.
- Some exposure to agile delivery practices and procurement or budget management processes.
