Join us as Colleague Innovation Campaign Manager and you’ll play a central role in turning colleague ideas into meaningful business impact. Working within our Customer Sales & Service function, you’ll lead innovation campaigns through The Pitch, helping colleagues across the business shape ideas that support Currys’ strategic priorities.

You’ll design engaging campaigns, guide ideas through evaluation and development, and work with teams across the organisation to bring the best thinking to life. It’s a hands‑on role that blends creativity with structure, and influence with delivery.

 

Role overview:

As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Designing and delivering colleague innovation campaigns aligned to business priorities
  • Managing ideas end‑to‑end, from submission through evaluation and progression
  • Facilitating workshops to develop and strengthen high‑potential ideas
  • Coordinating structured idea evaluation with subject matter experts
  • Supporting the development of compelling business cases and value propositions
  • Tracking and reporting on campaign performance, engagement and outcomes
  • Championing a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement

 

You will need:

  • Experience managing campaigns, programmes or initiatives end‑to‑end
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority
  • Confidence facilitating workshops and working with cross‑functional teams
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, written and verbal
  • A structured, organised approach with the ability to balance creativity and delivery
  • A genuine passion for innovation, improvement and colleague engagement
