It’s an exciting time to be joining the Technology, Data and Transformation team in Currys. The projects we work on really influence the experience our customers receive and it’s truly an opportunity to shape the future of our business.

Our Tech Grad programmes prepare you for that by giving you a great grounding in one of three disciplines: Transformation; Data; or Architecture, Engineering and Operations. They are all three-year programmes and each follows a similar structure.

You’ll start out with three six-month rotations across two different areas within your team. Then you’ll have an opportunity to try something new, or explore an area that you’re passionate about in your fourth six-month rotation.

Finally, in year three, you’ll spend 12 months diving deeper into that specialism, at the same time as having the opportunity to work towards a Level 7 apprenticeship.

Alongside all of that, you’ll have access to teaching resources like Udemy to help bolster your knowledge. So, when you roll off the programme and into your specialist role, you’ll not only be on an accelerated career path, you could also be on the way to earning a Master’s qualification. Win-win!
