As a Project Manager within our Transformation Team, you’ll lead the delivery of a portfolio of technical initiatives and products across Currys, Customer Management Centres (CMCs) and our supplier partners. You’ll play a key role in defining product vision and roadmaps, managing end-to-end delivery, and ensuring each project delivers measurable value for the business and our customers.
Role overview:
As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Manage the delivery of multiple projects and product initiatives across Currys, CMC, and supplier teams, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
- Develop clear business cases, benefits baselines, and funding plans — tracking and realising benefits post-delivery.
- Collaborate with IT, Product, and Service teams to identify and implement enhancements that improve both customer and colleague experience.
- Ensure adherence to Currys and CMC governance standards, including P3M3 reporting and project assurance processes.
- Lead business readiness and change management to ensure successful go-lives and measurable business outcomes.
- Oversee UAT planning and execution, securing resources, and ensuring products are fully tested before launch.
- Manage onboarding of new products through Service Design and Transition, ensuring long-term support and maintenance readiness.
You will need:
- Proven experience managing end-to-end project delivery in complex, fast-paced environments to deliver results collaboratively.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering business cases and tracking benefits realisation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across business and technical teams.
- Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills
- Understanding of IT applications, technology products, and operational processes.
- Project Management Qualification (APM,PMP, PRINCE2 or similar) or several years successful project delivery experience.
- Degree or equivalent experience (desirable but not essential)
- Knowledge or experience with Customer Management Centre (CMC) applications (desirable).
