Technology

Our aim is to make Currys a world-class omnichannel retailer underpinned by brilliant technology. Which makes Technology central to our future success. If we’re going to help everyone enjoy amazing technology today and tomorrow, we need bright, technical minds to propel us towards our vision.

On this three-year programme you’ll be helping to shape seamless, innovative applications and experiences. You’ll need to put our customers first, be crazy creative, take risks, and think outside the box.

The first two years will give you experience across a broad range of areas such as Strategic Change, Cyber Security, Business Solutions and Software Engineering/Development. You may also get the opportunity to spend time at our offices in Ireland, Portugal, Czech Republic, the Nordics, or even Hong Kong!

In your third year, you’ll specialise and have the opportunity to work towards a level 7 Apprenticeship. So, when you roll off the programme and into your specialist role, you’ll not only have deep technical skills and impressive business leadership capabilities, but you could also be on the way to earning a Masters-level qualification. Nice.

We have shown that we can achieve a lot when working virtually. But we’re still human and we need connection. So, for suitable roles, our hybrid working model blends the best of the remote and face-to-face experience. It’s in tune with our ‘omnichannel’ strategy and supports increased flexibility. Arrangements will differ depending on your role and what you agree with your manager but, in practice, you should expect to spend a few days each month working from your Currys Campus and the remaining time from your choice of remote locations.
