Senior Digital Learning Content Developer

 

The Senior Digital Learning Content Developer  will play a critical role in designing and developing engaging and effective solutions that increases the product knowledge of our capable and committed colleagues.

Role overview:

 

  • Design, develop and maintain high quality, interactive digital learning content.
  • Create and curate engaging multimedia elements, including interactive simulations, animations, graphics, audio and video to enhance the learning experience.
  • Apply sound instructional design methodologies to ensure learning objectives are met and content is engaging, accessible and effective.
  • Collaborate closely with the internal category teams to identify learning priorities and create content that meets those goals.
  • Collaborate with external suppliers for product learning content.
  • Manage third party agencies to create state of the art learning content 

 

Key Skills, & Experience 

  • Level 5 Digital Learning Design diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Highly collaborative and able to build strong working relationships.
  • Proven track record of designing product Learning content that has delivered clear business results.
  • Creative and innovative in developing engaging learning experiences.
  • Experience with various learning content development tools
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, management and influence.
  • Experience of managing external vendors.  
  • Competent analytical & numeric capabilities, including budget management.
