Senior Customer Manager

The Senior Customer Manager works to understand our customers and market segments in more detail to shape the B2B Acquisition, Commercial and CRM strategy. Responsible for developing propositions which deliver our customer growth plan, including the CRM Strategy and implementation, Best for Business and Reasons to Buy from Currys B2B.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering market leading propositions to both our new and existing customers.

Role overview:
Key Role Responsibilities:
- Working with the Consumer Insight Team to gain a deeper understanding of our B2B customers and sharing this more widely across the team to drive better outcomes
- Works closely with the Consumer Insight Team to get better insight about B2B market data.
- Providing the Commercial, Marketing and Sales teams with specific insight about the market / vertical opportunities as well as the needs of these segments
- Develops innovative & market leading propositions for our SMB customers (now and future)/
- Instills a culture of customer centric thinking across the team and cross functionally. Acts as a subject matter expert and consultant to the wider business on CRM and data-driven marketing.
- Responsible for the B2B CRM strategy (including data capture), annual / quarterly plans, kpi management to deliver against budget expectations
- Bringing B2B to life across the broader Currys estate
- Competitor monitoring
Key Skills, & Experience
- Experience of the B2B market
- Experience within CRM, with a proven understanding of methodologies or tools relevant to the industry
- Experience of proposition development.
- Experience of senior stakeholder management
- Proven agency skills and getting the best results out of the approved budget
- Strong communication and influencing skills essential
- Project / timeline management skills
- Experience of loyalty programs would be desirable
