This role sits within our Learning & Development team and reports directly into the Commercial and Supplier Learning Manager. The ‘Product Learning Partner AI’ will play an important role in managing the AI experts programme, developing the AI knowledge of 500 existing store colleagues, to an expert level, through a blended learning approach. 

 

Role overview:

 

As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:

Flawless execution of the AI experts learning programme:

  • Partner with the Computing and Mobile commercial teams to identify AI priorities
  • Manage 3 face to face AI events per year at Fort Dunlop, Birmingham
  • Deliver 30-minute virtual sessions on Microsoft Teams, with each session supported by a chosen supplier, up to 12 times per year
  • Manage the digital learning plan (MyLearning) adding new content each month
  • Management of the AI ‘Workplace’ groups (Currys internal social platform) to increase engagement

 

Creation of best in class learning content:

  • Design and development of quality AI learning content to increase the colleague AI knowledge to ‘Expert’ level
  • Partner with suppliers to build quality product learning content in line with category priorities
  • Responsible for the content review, curation and archiving decisions for AI digital learning modules

 

You will need:

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a Learning and Development role
  • Knowledgeable and passionate about AI – well versed in the latest advancements in AI
  • Proven experience in the design of product learning content
  • Confident and engaging facilitator
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Growth mindset with the ability to adapt quickly and effectively to change
  • Proven track-record in delivering results in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • Pro-active and self-motivated with the ability to work and deliver under pressure
  • Competent analytical & numeric capabilities, including budget management
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
