As a Field Sales Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a defined customer segment, managing a portfolio of accounts while identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. You’ll act as a trusted advisor and ambassador for the full Currys Business portfolio—delivering mobile and electrical solutions across our OMNI channel offering.

 

You’ll work closely with key decision-makers, understand their unique needs, and develop strategic plans that drive revenue, customer satisfaction, and long-term loyalty.  

Role overview:

As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:  

 

  • Managing a defined portfolio of accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Creating and executing account plans that include upselling, cross-selling, and renewal strategies.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Prospecting and engaging potential clients through various outreach channels.
  • Delivering compelling presentations that showcase the value of Currys Business products and services.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a focus on KPIs related to revenue, profitability, and customer experience.

 

You will need:

 

  • Proven success in a high-performing sales environment, consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to identify and capitalise on new opportunities.
  • Experience in acquiring new business in fast-paced, target-driven settings.
  • Background in mobile or electrical sales is highly desirable.
  • A full, valid UK driving licence.
