Our Corporate Apprenticeships

Whether you’re spending the day at our Head Office, where most of our business function roles sit, or you’re taking advantage of our flexible working opportunities, our Corporate Apprenticeships put you in the heart of the action. Whatever path you choose, you’ll be working with experts, learning new skills and really getting to understand what goes on behind-the-scenes to drive the success of the UK’s best-known retailer in tech.

Our Apprenticeship opportunities in Corporate flex throughout the year as opportunities in different areas of the business open up. Sometimes that might mean a Finance role appears, or it could be Software Engineering, or maybe even Cyber Security. Whatever Apprenticeship you choose, we can guarantee that you won’t have to wait to make an impact with us.

Marketing

Engaging our customers with communications about the amazing tech we sell is what our Marketing team is great at. On this 15–18-month Level 4 Apprenticeship, you’ll learn to think creatively and commercially to do just that. From researching what our customers need, to thinking about new products and the best ways to market them, you’ll get practical experience and learn marketing theory – at the same time as gaining a professional qualification at foundation degree level.

Buying and Merchandising

On this Level 4 Apprenticeship, you’ll spend 15-18 months developing the right skills to become either a Buying or Merchandising Assistant. You’ll learn how we negotiate the best deals on the products we stock, build relationships with suppliers and work out what trends are coming next – and how we test we’re choosing the right ones! You’ll do all this through 1-2-1 training, group classes and on-the-job learning. So, by the end, you’ll have an excellent understanding of what you want to do next.

At the one-year mark, I was already leading on category quotes from suppliers.”
