To ensure the successful delivery the delivery of ER and people change projects, to support the Currys and Business Area People Plans.

Putting our colleagues first, you will work with the Senior ER and People Change Partners to help design, implement and help embed a wide variety of ER and people change initiatives, creating a great colleague & line manager experience. 
 

As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Support the delivery of key ER initiatives on the ER agenda and change projects across the business.
  • Working closely with the managers to analyse and use MI and cases learning to identify root cause issues for ER cases across the business 
  • Supporting with the creation and facilitation of ER learning initiatives 
  • To support in the delivery of the People Policy roadmap
  • To support the delivery of the wider People Plan and business transformation projects
  • Where appropriate to take a lead role in the support less complex people change and business initiative projects. 
  • Supporting all aspects of the project from concept and design to deliverymanaging risks and overcome issues
  • Support with functional level org design
  • Designing options and providing recommendations for how to implement people activity. Including where applicable, conducting change impact assessments, and understanding the change management required
  • Drive innovative change through gaining and providing feedback & data insights 
  • Ensure that the processes are delivered as joined up colleague experiences rather than linear programmes of intervention under our key People strategic initiatives

 

You will need:

  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Experience of implementing people initiatives in a fast-paced environment 
  • Project and Change Management skills
  • Ability to consult, influence, and partner business leaders and C of E’s to execute people strategies
  • Strong subject matter understanding and expertise in the application of employment law, HR policy and process gained through working in an employee relations function.
  • Experience of supporting on key programmes such as TUPE, Change Management and Redundancies.
