Traffic Manager - CRM

 

Currys London Campus at Waterloo (LHO002)

Fixed Term Contract - 12 Months

Grade 4

 

The Traffic Manager will play a pivotal role in Team CRM by providing operational support to a large team, with capacity planning and daily management of the end-to-end campaign process.  

 

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to advance their career within a creative marketing department, growing team and a large retailer. Having a proven track record as a Traffic or Project Manager in a Marketing Department (client and/or agency) but also thrives in unlocking and delivering efficiencies in campaign delivery (utilising automation and workflow management tools where possible)

 

As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for: 
•    Developing and implementing campaigns and project workflows and procedures to enhance productivity. 
•    Supporting the campaign planning, delivery & execution of all CRM comms activity, working in close collaboration with the CRM department, agencies as well as wider internal stakeholders.
•    Identifying and addressing bottlenecks or inefficiencies in workflows, processes, and systems.
•    Being the main point of contacts for escalations and process clarification. 
•    Ensuring all steps of the campaign development & production process are followed and reviewed with the teams where necessary. 
•    Working with all stakeholders to optimise the overall process.
•    Champion agile design process and principles in team CRM (including coaching) 
•    Ownership of the build and management of the CRM roadmap and backlog


 

You will need:
•    To be able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment 
•    To have an in-depth understanding of the End-to-End Marketing Campaign Process. 
•    To have proven experience in workflow management, project management
•    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
•    Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges. 
•    Experience working within CRM
