We launched our innovative ShopLive service in November 2020 to make sure people could get vital technology during national lockdowns. Available 24/7, the free service gives customers access to the products they need, as well as our trusted advice and guidance. It works by connecting them with expert in-store colleagues via video, allowing us to bring joy to Currys’ customers in even a virtual world. So far, ShopLive has proved a huge success and given colleagues a fantastic opportunity to learn new skills and enhance their experience.
