This might mean flexible hours and shift patterns for our in-store colleagues or hybrid and remote working in our Corporate team. With the right mix of working options, we can collaborate, connect, build relationships and innovate. That’s a no-brainer in our book.

Working in our Corporate team.

As a Corporate colleague, you’ll get to experience the many benefits of our hybrid working policy. Hybrid working arrangements may differ depending on your role and the business needs. You could be working from our primary Currys Campus at Waterloo (WeWork), meeting & collaborating at Currys regional workspaces, or working from home.    

Our main base is the Currys London campus at Waterloo and we also have access to all UK WeWork office spaces. To make things easy, we also have other Currys regional workspaces where colleagues can meet and collaborate. These include Birmingham, Bolton, Bristol, Newark, Nottingham, Reading, Staples Corner (North London) and Tottenham Court Road (Central London).

Meeting-free moments.

For our Corporate colleagues, 1-2pm Monday to Friday is ‘Golden Hour’, 60 meeting-free minutes to think, plan and re-energise. Plus, ‘Wednesday Mornings Unplugged’ encourages colleagues to have no recurring internal meetings until after 2pm. It’s a time you can catch up on emails and focus on projects without interruptions.

Working in our Distribution team.

Our teams of Warehouse Operatives, Drivers and Engineers work out of a huge network of Customer Service Centres across the UK and Ireland. And our flexible shift patterns, like 5 days on/ 3 days off can help you fit your work around your life.

Working in our Contact Centre team.

We have several contact centres in the UK and wherever possible we offer flexible working arrangements. In Warrington and Sheffield most roles have the option of hybrid working, which means that after the initial training period (4–12 weeks) you can benefit from days in the office and days working remotely from home.
